Incorporating Vastu Shastra—an ancient Indian architectural philosophy—further enhances Healthcare and holistic  design. Vastu Shastra focuses on the integration of natural elements like light, air, and space, promoting balance and well-being. This approach aligns perfectly with the needs of a healthcare setting, where creating a calming, healing environment is the priority.

In our project, Batra Homeopathy Clinic, Patiala the north side of the building featured large expanses of glass, allowing maximum daylight to flood into the interiors. Natural light is a powerful element in design, particularly in wellness environments, as it helps create a sense of openness and connection to the outside world. The influx of daylight not only illuminated the interiors but also contributed to a positive, uplifting atmosphere.

In addition to light, air circulation played a crucial role in the design. To promote natural ventilation, strategically placed openings were introduced on the northwest and east sides of the building. These openings ensured a steady flow of fresh air, helping to maintain a comfortable, healthy atmosphere inside. This integration of natural elements—light and air—was key to creating a space that felt in tune with nature, contributing to the overall sense of well-being for those inside.
